Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No! All our plans run month-to-month (unless you prefer to pay annually). You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any stage.

What is an enabled handset?

An enabled handset allows a fieldworker to capture and submit data. You can install the Mobenzi mobile app on as many Android handsets (and tablets) as you like. However, only a certain number (determined by your plan) can be enabled at a time. Only enabled handsets can capture, send or receive data. You can specify which handsets should be enabled from the web console and can enable/disable handsets at any time.

What if I need more data collectors, submissions, workspaces or storage?

You can upgrade your account at any stage should you reach the limits of your current plan. Once you hit the thresholds of the Enterprise plan, you can add expansion packs to your account for an additional monthly fee of /month (ex VAT) per expansion pack. Each expansion pack includes an additional 50 enabled handsets, 2 workspaces, 50GB of storage, and 10,000 monthly form submissions.

What is your refund policy?

Once you sign-up for or upgrade to a paid plan, you may request a refund within 14 days. We will issue a refund for any pre-payment made (excluding any bank fees incurred).
If you are a consumer as defined by the South African Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for up to 90 days.

Worried about periods of low activity?

You can park your account for a low monthly storage fee (starting at /mo) for as long as you like. When things pick up again, just re-activate your plan and continue where you left off.
