Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No! All our plans run month-to-month (unless you prefer to pay annually). You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any stage.

What is an active mobile app user?

You can install the Mobenzi mobile app on as many Android handsets and tablets as you like. However, only a certain number (determined by your plan) can be activated at a time. Only activated devices can capture, send or receive data. You can specify which devices should be activated from the web console and can activate/deactivate devices at any time.

What if I need more mobile app users, projects or storage?

You can upgrade your account at any stage should you reach the limits of your current plan. Once you hit the thresholds of the Enterprise plan, you can add expansion packs to your account for an additional monthly fee of $95/month per expansion pack. Each expansion pack includes an additional 50 mobile app users, 2 projects, 10GB of storage and 500 SMS notifications.

What is your refund policy?

Once you sign-up for or upgrade to a paid plan, you may request a refund within 14 days. We will issue a refund for any pre-payment made (excluding any bank fees incurred).
If you are a consumer as defined by the South African Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for up to 90 days.
